Hi, I am a Singaporean married to a foreigner.
We are both in our 40s and we have no children... We currently have our own property in Australia but are exploring options for a potential move to Singapore someday down the track.

I have no income as I am a housewife, whereas my husband is a doctor practicing in Australia.

Based on current rules, are we eligible, or can we ever become eligible for a BTO? Or even a HDB resale? The eligibility rules sound so specific, I am struggling to understand what's on the HDB website.

If I apply for a BTO just under my name alone, would that be a legal thing to do? i.e. would I be eligible under the singles scheme?

Would appreciate some clarification on what are all the options we have concerning property purchase in Singapore. Thank you.

Hi! I've supported many overseas Singaporeans in their home purchases back home.

My wife and I also lived abroad as overseas Singaporeans for a number of years before returning back to Singapore.

Happy to share our experience and also explain all the options and considerations. Can you drop me a whatsapp message or email via my contact below?
