Hi, I am a Singaporean aged 29 years old this year.
My parents and my sister currently own a BTO flat in Canberra. My father is thinking of selling the current BTO flat by the end of this year.
My parents are still married. However, my mother and I are thinking of buying a resale flat without involving my father such that the house will only be in my and mother's name. The reason for not including my father is because we are not on good terms.
My question is therefore this - can I buy a resale flat with just my mother without involving my father at all even though they are still married?
