Hi

I am a Singapore PR. Not bought any property so far. My CPF is 60K. How much i need to buy a condo (studio/1 Bed room). I am interested in resale or the projects which will be completed in 6 months. My CPF contribution is 1000$.

Hi Sir,

Depending on the locations that you are looking at, 1 br condos can range from around 500k upwards.

Based on 500k, the initial downpayment (if you are taking a 80% loan) would be 5% Cash ( 25k), 15% Cash or CPF ( 75k).
