Yes you are eligible for most, if not all freehold or leasehold condominium developments. Typical breakdown for PR 1st timer purchase as follows:
Cash 5%
Cpf 15%
Max bank loan 80%
Stamp duties & legal fees approx 8%

No agent fees are typically required. On hand, I have a list of discounted starbuys available, would be glad to share with you further. May I have your requirements further and assist with your purchase plans further? Thanks.

Warm regards

You can purchase a private propery.
Downpayment would be : 20% (Cash, CPF) +BSD

Perhaps you could furnish me with your exact requirements and finances on hands to conduct the financial cash calculations/ progressive payments to shortlist & negotiate for the best possible price of the residences units you could otherwise consider. At the same time, I will take the opportunity to run through the key financial loan approval process, share some market insights/ provide you with recent sales transaction caveats and explain the entire procedural framework involved.

To add, there is no agent fees involved, hence my service and consultation comes at no cost ; and you are assured of being walked by step by step on the entire procedural framework - from technical matters to financial, legal matters and beyond.
