Hi, i am a serious buyer looking for 3 bed freehold condo units availble in D12-D14 within the price of S$800k. Is there is any chance to get now or in future(I saw in the advertisement that many units are available below the valuation)? Thanks for ur valuable reply

Hi.

It is unlikely owners will sell their flats under valuation unless:
1. They are forced by circumstances to sell it before a certain time frame.
2. The house is in a really bad condition and requires serious renovation.

Opportunity is always there. But to time it perfectly is impossible. I suggest it would be better to focus on the fundamentals; why are u looking for a house in this area etc or the rental yield you expect to get if it is for investment purposes.
