Hi, I am a second timer in getting a HDB whereas my partner is a first timer.
We are allowed to get a Resale Flat together via the Joint Singles Scheme and be co-owners right? So both of our CPF can be used?
However, when I was trying out the HFE application, the remarks under Application 1 indicated that:
HDB will assess your household’s eligibility to buy an HDB flat, receive CPF housing grants and obtain an HDB housing loan. All co-applicant(s) and occupier(s) must have a legal relationship with Applicant 1, unless he/she is the fiancé/fiancée of Applicant 1. Where applicable, you and your fiancé(e)/spouse, followed by child(ren) or parent(s) will be the recipient of any housing subsidy/grants.
Since both me and partner are not married yet, how can we apply for HFE together if we are looking to get a Resale Flat under the Joint Singles Scheme (JSS) ?
Looking forward to any favorable response.
Thank you,
AK
