Good evening Michelle, you will be eligible to purchase a private property if you have fulfilled the MOP for your current HDB. But do take note that you will be subject to 15% ABSD if you decide to purchase a condo with your foreigner spouse. But you will not be subject to 15% ABSD if you remove your name from your current HDB as IRAS will treat the private condo as your matrimonial house.
