Since this purchase will be considered as your 3rd property count, ABSD of 10% is applicable. If both your current unit have existing mortgage loan, you can get max of 40% loan.

Morning,

My apologies for misreading your question. Your condo is your first property count and the purchase of EC will be your second. Hence ABSD payable is 7% and max possible loan, if your current unit is still on mortgage, is 50%.

Yes of course, you are eligible to purchase a resale privatized EC, even from 5 years + also can.

As this will be your second property, you will be subject to 7% additional buyer's stamp duty on top of the usual buyer's stamp duty of estimated 3%.
