(2) You seem to be concerned by the quantum that you need to fork out for your potential purchase. Why not I introduce some bankers to advise you on your in principle approval (your loan amount you can take) thus you will have a better idea your budget will be.
And at the same time, they can advise you on the different housing loan packages their banks can offer.
