Hi I am a pr going through a divorce case with my wife. We have a hdb flat which we are planning to sell once we recd the judgment order (about 4 mths later). However, I just saw a condo which i like and would like to buy it under my name (single ownership). Since I am a pr, 1) how much stamp fees much do I pay for the condo 2) do I get a refund of my ABSD back once I sold the hdb flat (take note I am a pr), if I buy the condo now 3) what other options would be best in order not to incur additional stamp fees.
