There's no income limit for resale EC. However, I'd advise you to confirm the selling of your HDB unit before proceeding to make any commitments, as that's the limiting factor in recent days.

Hi Veera,

There is no income ceiling for resale EC. However, you will need to time the sale and purchase properly to avoid paying unnecessary Additional Buyer Stamp Duty.

Careful and meticulous planning will also enable you to make the transition from HDB to resale EC smoothly without the need for temporary housing arrangement.

Purchase of resale EC does not come with any income caps. You will need to understand that it's a requirement for you to sell your HDB unit within 6 months from key collection. In the case where you need the funds locked within your HDB to facilitate the purchase, I can assist you to make your intention a reality.
