Dear Sir/Madam, Under HDB Rule a foreigner, except SC or SPR, is not eligible to buy into a HDB flat. However, a foreigner could buy into a 10 years Executive Condo which is privatised then, and most Executive Condos are generally 20-30% cheaper as compared to a PTE condo in the same vicinity.
