Dear buyer,

Based on the amount of cash on hand, I highly doubt you will be able to afford any purchases as of now, considering that Additional Buyers Stamp Duty is also applicable for your purchase. Assuming that you have no issues securing housing loan and you are able to find additional cash for the Additional Buyers Stamp Duty, the $80k cash component you can come up with will allow you to purchase units up to $400k only if you are able to secure 80% loan for the purchase.
