I am a first time buyer, looking at buying freehold condo in the range of 900 to 1 mil. Looking the east in Kembangan, Eunos, Paya Lebar area.
I have been looking at few properties, need some expert option on below
- Is it good time to go in or worth waiting because, I am putting in considerable amount of my savings into this and as its a leverage play, want to careful.
- I was keen on Starville in Kembangan, any specific advice on this? Also is it good bet for appreciation if I am looking for 5-6 year horizon?
