hi, i am a 5-room HDB owner in sembawang. i plan to upgrade. what is a better choice? should i sell my 5-room and get another new 5-room HDB in punggol? is it wise to do this? pls advise.thanks

I am not sure whether moving from your current 5-room HDB to another 5-room HDB in punggol means upgrading but I feel it more like a relocation.

If you feel a change of location, environment etc is necessary in this phase of your life right now, you should go ahead with the necessary considerations before acting on it.
