Hi,

Purchasing procedures is rather straightforward and you will be guided through for a hassle free purchase. I have successfully help many foreigners make their purchases in Singapore.

What's more important is your affordability, so first step is to assess your loan quantum- this will give a guide on the budget and from there I would be able to make recommendations to you on either for investment or for your parents stay.

To explore further you can contact me @ +65 9690 3360  or email: angel_kiew@yahoo.com.sg

Hi,
The first step is to work out the financial plan. Understand the cost breakdown, cash, cpf, loan ... etc. This will give you a estimated quantum of the property to look out for. Please drop me an email for me to share, assist and advise.

I can be contactable at my mobile or email.

Hi,

First of all, you need to know your financials.

If that is not an issue, paper work wont be either. They can be courier to you and you back to us.

If you have any project in mind, or need any recommendation, I am happy to help.

I used to live and work in NYC and have purchased a property in Singapore while living there. I am well equipped with the processes.

If my experience is of any help to you, write to me and I can share with you how to proceed.
