Hi, I am a 32 years old singaporean, mthly earning of $2330. Am I eligible to buy a condo or flat ?

Hi Shirleen, base on your income, it may be difficult to get a loan. You may wish to wait till you reach 35 years of age and then to consider buying a resale hdb.

Afternoon Shirleen,

Based on your current income, you might not be able to obtain sufficient loan to purchase a condo. As for HDB unit, you will need to wait it out till age of 35 to qualify for single scheme.
