Hi, I am a 30yo single woman, and my partner is a foreigner living here. Could we still get a HDB resale unit? Or are our options limited only to private homes? We are not planning to get married just yet.

One of the main info, such as your citizenship was not mentioned.
I presume you are Singaporean otherwise no other solution than private property.
Assuem you are SC, your partner is a FR and no plan to get marry in short time does not eligible for any resale/new HDB flat.
In order to buy resale HDB, you must produce marriage certificate upon submission of resale application.

Alternatively, you may consider looking at private properties. There is no restriction on nationality and marriage. However, do take note that you may be liable for ABSD if it is a joint-purchase.
