Hi Eric, As a salesperson duty, i will strongly encourage you to speak to the bankers first to assess your loan eligibility and determine your comfortability in the repayment plans, as they are the professionals in this aspect. We work closely with bankers to assist clients to ensure that they do not overcommit financially to a purchase. I will usually advise my buyers to consider if their lifestyles will be compromised should they stretch their financial budget in order to make purchases and if they are alright with this change.
