- HDB admin and miscellaneous fees ( around $300)
- $5K deposit to seller

Hi,

If you are a single singapore citizen 1st timer, you are eligible for 15K grant. Breakdown as follows if bank loan:
5% cash
15% cpf
80% bank loan
3% stamp duties
1%+7%GST commission
Misc fees of about 500 for HDB admin processing.

If its hdb loan of 90%,
Downpayment will be 10% instead, it can be full CPF.

As SC, you are eligible to purchase resale HDB unit under single scheme. If this is your first subsidized unit, you will be elections bible for $15k. Fees payable will be standard stamp duty, 10% down payment (with HDB loan), legal fee, valuation report and admin fee. Commission payable will be 1%, exclusive of GST payable.
