hi, i am 35 yrs.single.working. i am not sure i can afford 3 room resale flat ib non mature estate. Can i get HDB loan? I know nothing about buying a property. i have OA $100k. Please advise. Thank you.

Hi,

Yes local single singapore citizen can get HDB loan, as long as their incomes do not exceed 5k/month. A 3-rm non-mature estate, may I know where are you referring to? It shouldn't be an issue as long as you are able to take up a loan and still working. Thanks and hope to assist further.
