Hi have just recived PR.... m interested in buying a HDB/exec HDB 2bedrom/3bedroom. My annual salary is more than 75K. This will be my 1st home. Can i ecpect 90% loan. I have no loan over me anywhere and have good repayment history.....pls advice

Hi Dhiraj,

From your annual income, there should not be an issue in getting a 90% bank loan and freeing up your cash in the bank!! However, there are only few banks which allow 90%.And upon their inprinciple approval, this approval only lasts for a month.

And for flat purchase, there will be both cash and cpf payments at different stages of the transaction. You need to do financial planning.
