Hi guys, my dad is planning to buy a property in Malaysia. He is a Singaporean citizen. what are the requirements for him to purchase the property. Is there a minimum sum?

Hi Ruz,
Yes,
Foreigner who buying msian property must be more than 500k Ringgit property. Moreover, there is 11k levy need to paid to govt, Also bank will not loan 80% to foreigner.
