Hi guys, my client's looking for firesale residential properties. If you have anything between $1.5m and $3m without need for rebuild (that means in reasonable rent-worthy ocndition), do give me a buzz. Client works fast so don't hesitate!

Hi Alex,

I have a listing for Sophia Residence. $1670 psf x 2013 sqft = $3.36m (FIRM).

The developer still has one patio unit for sale: #03-22 with a giant 400 sqft patio going at $1812 psf (total price $3.11m) Somemore lodged in some corner facing concrete.

You might be wondering if the asking price of $1670 psf is due to it being a penthouse with huge sky terraces or a patio unit. The answer is no. It is a premium unit facing the pool. Mid floor total pool view, tucked away from the road.
