Hi guys, I am a Singaporean coming back for good after CNY. Looking for a FREEHOLD condo for my own stay. 2-room with budget maximum $1M. Preferably in D12-16. D9-11 is awesome but maybe doesn’t fit my budget. Must be near MRT as I do not drive. If you have anything that suits me, please let me know. Cheers mate.

Hi, may I suggest One Eighties and Singahills? Both are Freehold, walking distance to Eunos MRT and also fit your budget too. Singahills is going to TOP very soon while One Eighties has already TOP with a few developer units left. Hope we could discuss further when you are back and also to arrange viewing for you on these 2 projects.
