Morning, As per your enquiry, you have taken housing grant during your purchase on 2003 hence you have have enjoyed your first subsidized unit. Therefore you will not be eligible for grant on your upcoming purchase. However, you will be eligible for your second HDB loan, where tha amount of loan will not be more than the valuation of purchase price, less your CPF OA value and 50% of your current unit's cash proceed.
