Hi,

You must fulfill your 5 years MOP before you can purchase a condo. This is only in view if you are a SINGAPORE CITIZEN. As a PR, you would need to dispose off your HDB after collecting your condo keys.

Hi,

Unfortunately no, once you purchase resale HDB, you have to fulfil 5 years Minimum Occupation Period (MOP) before you are allowed to purchase 2nd residential property. Thanks and hope it clarifies.
