Evening,

The simple answer is NO. It's stated in the documents which both of you have signed during HDB first appointment. You can contact your agent to follow-up with the counterpart accordingly.

Good evening,

if you are referring to resale HDB transaction, it's a no no. Sellers should have an inspection with the buyers before completion.

Hi, for hdb sales, it is stated in th contract and thus seller has to let the buyer inspect.
