Real story- plenty of buyer seek for fire sales even myself.

Low ball offer below median transacted at 150K. Only occur for bank mortgagee property and rare for resale. Even have, realtor will scratch it for better return.

Most of the cases, agent and sellers will not reply to such offer at all. Buyer chasing for answers for months with false hopes without any official offer acceptance.

Recommend if you really like a property, buy it at median transacted price happily. Such good deals, dun need to market at all.
