Hi Gurus, we are looking for freehold with 4BR condo / landed with budget not more than 1.55m for our own stay (with old parents and kids). Have been considering condos at flora drive, pasir ris, hillview. Need to seek gurus to advise :
1. Which condo area will provide better investment protection / return?
2. With the budget we have, landed choices are quite limited. Would you recommend us to go for condo or landed?
3. is now the right time ? With reference to the recent news on private resales (drop in # of transactions and amount), the situation does not look encouraging.
