Hi gurus, under the non- citizen spouse scheme , what am i entitled to buy? Can i buy a 4 room flat? What grant do i get under this scheme if i choose to buy near my parents place?

Afternoon,

Your income should not exceed $6k and you have to be first timer for this purchase. You should not have purchased or inherited a subsidized HDB unit nor sold a private property within 30 months time. You will be entitled to $15k single grant.
