Hi Gurus,

Need an expert advise. I'm a PR owning a 3RM HDB flat fully paid and MOP period complete. I'm considering investing in a resale Executive Condo. My question is

- If I have to buy an executive resale condo (that original owner has completed MOP of 5 years), can I still keep my 3RM HDB flat OR I have to sell it?
(Assuming that I have enough cash and balance in my CPF OA to make the 20% down payment and other fees)

Appreciate your advise.

Hi Ravi,

Buying a resale EC is the same of buying a pte condo, you are still able to keep your current 3rm HDB flat.

Afternoon Ravi,

As your HDB mortgage have being fully paid, you are allowed to purchase your second property without selling off your first. Do note that if you have utilize CPF to for your first mortgage loan, you are rquired to set aside CPF minimum sum before you are eligible to use the balance on your second mortgage loan.
