Hi,

Unfortunately HDB has revised their policies recently such that all hdb owners (regardless whether they took grant or not) have to wait out 5 year MOP before they can apply new BTO or new EC from developer.

Hi,

Rightfully you will need to complete your 5yrs MOP in order to proceed with any subsequent purchase. However, if there is a valid reason that you need to apply for BTO without completion of MOP, you can try writing in to HDB for waiver. Before doing that, i suggest that you look into the eligibility scheme to see if you qualify for BTO.
