Hi Gurus, My wife and I are above 35yr old, our hdb now is joint tenancy, can I transfer the entire HDB to her and purchase another HDB using my own name?
Our current HBD is fully paid and more than 5yr already

Afternoon Sunny,

Married couple purchase resale unit under public scheme. To purchase a HDB under your name only after transferring the existing unit to your wife can only be done if you are single again.
