Hi Gurus, My widowed mum is SC. All my siblings & myself already married with own family. She has bought a HDB flat together with my brother, but already sold more than 8 years ago. Question: As a 2nd timer, can she buy a new EC using her own name? Is there any other way to do it, for example join apply relatives or grandchildren etc..?? Thanks in advance/ Mdm Yong.

Morning, For single scheme, you will not be eligible for new EC purchase. They are current only eligible to 2 room flat. As for purchase under public scheme, she need to purchase it with her children or spouse.
