Hi Gurus,

My current 4 room BTO flat in Woodlands Drive 50 is about 6 months away from fulfilling the MOP and I'm looking to sell my place and buy a pair of adjoining flats under the Conversion Scheme. Would like the flats to be at least 4 room flat(s) and under 10 years old preferably.

Let me know if anyone has something to offer.

Hi,

Doesn't want to disappoint you. But in actual fact, adjoining flats in Singapore is quite limited.
Majority of them are scattered in Woodlands and Yishun in mid 90's where there were BTO at certain locations not so popular by residents during that period.

The rest of the adjoining flats were converted by their neighbours in the 90's as well.

Thus to find an adjoining flats less than 10 years old is not practical, in other words, you are looking for BTO flats bought in 2007 or later.
And during that period, majority of flats built were 4-rm & 5-rm which are not eligible under conversion scheme.

Only after 2010, there were 3-rm flat built in North-East region, but at quite a high price, thus not many owner can afford to buy over their neighbour's flat to apply for conversion.

To find newer 4-rm flat is still possible in Sembawang but less than 20 years old.

This is just an advice for your reference. :-))
