Morning Pra Me,

You have to apply to seek approval from LDU under SLA to purchase a landed in mainland. If not, Sentosa Cove will be the only place where SPRs and foreigners can purchase landed.

With a budget of $1m, it will be pretty hard to purchase a landed as well. Probably you can consider purchasing a condo or apartment instead. But do take note as a SPR purchaser, you will be subject to 5% additional buyer's stamp duty.

To purchase a landed property in Singapore as a SPR household, you need to apply for approval from Singapore Land Authority.
