Hi gurus,

Just curious eg if prelim hfe says i only can buy 2 room flat 45 years, does that mean i diedie cannot buy 3 room?

Not sure how it works, so if my cpf can full pay a house for 3 room, but hfe only says i can buy 2 room flexi 45 years. How does that works? Even if my cpf can cover for 3 room means i only can get 2 rooms?

Hi there,

So in your preliminary HFE letter, under the part titled "New", it says that you can only buy a BTO 2rm flexi short-term lease (15-45 years)?

Will need a further understanding of your profile + previous property purchasing history for me to assess your situation properly.
