Hi Gurus,
I'm S'porean, mid-30's, who have been away, relocated back here recently and bought a resale condo for $1.2m (loan 70%) for self-use. Annual income ~ $200K
After this purchase, there's remaining cash of $700K which I intend to invest into property.
