Dear investor,

Estuary is likely a better option over Orchid Park, as we really have no idea when is the so called enbloc going to happen. What happens if it doesn't and what happens if it enblocs within a year of your purchase and you will be required to pay stamp duty for sale?

It will be pretty interesting to find out why have you selected this location for your investment? If you are able to share more about your preferred investment profile, I maybe able to share more insights with you and also propose more projects and options to you.
