Hi Gurus, if i get my HLE loan approved, does it mean that my HDB application is also approved? I have queued and slected a flat during the sales of balance flat exercise last year on Sept.

If my new hdb flat is approved, I also want to sell my current 3 room hdb flat which i had renovated 5 years ago at a cost of 21k. How much will it sell in the current market? The location of my flat is at commonwealth drive, size is 56 sqm at 8th floor. Appreciated any gurus answer. thanks.

Hi John,

Having HLE does not mean your purchase of balanced flats have been approved. It simply means your eligibility to loan from HDB. Have you signed any documents to indicate that yoh have selected the unit and so on?

Keep me posted on the status such that I can swing into action immediately when you are ready to sell.

    I have been invited to select a flat last year 30 Nov. And the status I see at the HDB site is just telling that I will be invited to sign the lease agreement in due course.
