Hi Gurus,

If I am 37 years old this year, and I am interested in some HDB that left with 59 years lease (as of today enquiry), how much would I be able to use from HDB CPF loan? I understand there is a limit cap for buyers who are interested to get a unit that is 60 years and below.

Thank you.

Hi,

You may only withdraw 69% of the purchase price or valuation price whichever is lower from CPF.

As for loan, you can still get up to 90% of the purchase price or valuation value whichever is lower dependent on your income. Implying that 31% of it has to be finance in cash.

Hope the above answer to your main concerns, but if there are more queries, please feel free to contact me at 90110636  , or email: ling.ck7@gmail.com if more information is needed.
I'll be glad to assist.
