Hi gurus. I'd like to ask questions whether in this case my fren needs to pay additional rent. My fren wanna move out on 12th of this mnth and so she had informed the current landlord about 25 days ago(5 days lacking in a month). She isn't bound by any contract with a specific tenancy term nor has put any deposit as she has a special relationship with the owner(the tutor and at the same time agent of my fren). She pays the rent every first week. Though she doesn't get back the rent of the left two weeks of this month, she is even asked to pay the rent for march as she informed the owner not before "a month". With just a-few-day difference, I wonder if she needs to pay the full rent of the next month. Isn't it already enough that my fren doesn't ask for refund of the residual balance of this month rent? Pls help us guru!
