Hi Gurus,
i need some advice..on buying a new hdb (balance flat) or resale flat.
I am turning 35 this Aug 2016 and finally i can buy my own place.
My Objective:
-To move to East or downtown area (currently staying with my parents in woodlands)
-Do not want to wait too long to move in
-Looking for Jumbo so that i can stay half of it and rent half of it(but that is not an important factor)
my options (please correct me if i am wrong)
-buy New HDB balance flats
-buy resale HDB flats
Questions:
-when i can sign on the paper? Eg if I am 35 this year can i start looking and if i like a unit can i put a deposit and sign the paper when i reach 35 in aug 2016
-Are there any New balance HDB that i can buy? is there a website i can refer to?
-Advantage and disadvantage of buying new HDB VS resale.
-Are single able to BTO? or EC?
Thank you in advance Guru
