HI GURUS, I HAVE QUESTIONS.
My uncle is in abroad for years. We said that he would like to give me 10% of his private condo share. He ask me to pay monthly installment, its about SG$ 1050.00 + maintenance. And he suggest me to rent my Exec Apt HDB unit and stay at his. He ask me to do neccessary legal process. Please advice me...i really dont know how to start.
