Hi gurus, I have a Proposal in mind, iam not sure if it can workout, so need ur expert advice...I own a low Flr condo, I want to move to high Flr within the same condo, is it possible to do a contra ..I can pay the differential amount as cash..can u share some advice in this regard..thanks

You cannot do a contra with private property, unlike HDB flats.
