Hi owner,

My estimated rental for the unit will be about $4200 depending on the furnishings options and conditions.

Although it is rare, 4 bedrooms units are typically not as highly demanded as 3 or 2 bedrooms. Most expats working here will likely be here with small family and do not really need the space. Those big expat family will also likely look at renting landed properties which command fairly lower rental than a condominium with facilities, which typically is looking at $4500 thereabout.

Afternoon,

Goldenhill Park condo have 4 + 1 going at $5.6k to $8k. The difference is due to the built-in area.
As for Chuan Park, there's a 3 + 1 going at $5.4k.

I suppose you are talking about Chuan Park, you should be looking around the $5,000 region. You can ask higher if your unit is in good condition and fully furnished.
