Hi Guru's, I found a house in Tampines on my own using this site. Liked the unit. Owner is asking for 610K 5I HDB (1,367 sqft). Approx 30 years old block. Is it worth the price ? How to do the total cost calculation (Lawyer fee, ABSD etc ..) ? Since i already found the house and if i higher a agent now, do i still need to pay 1% to Agent or can it be negotiated ?

Hi Mr Sharma, I feel that the price is a little too high. Personally I transacted a 5I unit too at Tampines St 72. The unit is 17 years old and we closed the deal at only 510K. That was only a few months back. Let me assist you along to get a better price as your servicing agent. Pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.
