Hi Gurus,
I am planning to buy a HDB after getting my citizenship with my Malaysian wife (currently she is 1yr PR) (we are 33years old)
Our total CPF is around 65k
Estimated to get bank loan around 270k
Cash on hand- $20k
So what is our option?-we are willing to wait if there is better option in the future(additional 2 years my wife n i able to buy a resale flat)
1) is it advisable to get a resales HDB
2) or is it more advisable to get a BTO flat(how long do i have to wait if getting a BTO flat)
prefer to live around woodland area
is there any possibility that re-sale 5 room flat in Singapore selling around 350k.
is there any BTO flat in woodland we can purchase in woodland?
