Dear Leon,

Unless you are contend to purchase a smaller unit for the walk up apartment, $900k will be insufficient to secure you any private property in D15. I am afraid you are likely to be looking at 5rm flat in Tampines. In fact, you can also opt to go for Executive Maisonette with this budget.

For your budget, it will be better suitable to get a 5RM flat rather than a private property in Telok Kurau area.

With 900k budget, its almost impossible to purchase a decent size apartment over there.

Maybe you can look into EA or EM as well.
